What is HIIT?
HIIT or High Intensity Interval Training is Pilates for your heart. It's a training that specifically targets the strengthening of our heart. 

HIIT is most suitable for individuals who are training for their sport. Members in the past who have successfully completed our 13 week HIIT program played various sports like: tennis, gymnastics, skiers, snowboarders, basketball, netball, cricket, football, soccer, rugby, golf, marathon, and many other sports and activities.

HIIT is also good for those who simply wants to improve their fitness level to improve their normal day to day activities such as walking the dogs, gardening, playing with kids and grandchildren, etc.

Once you have completed the 13 week HIIT program, noticeable changes do occur such as the ability to perform your sport with ease, less stress during a game, lasting longer during a game, less tired after a game, able to perform normal day to day activities with ease, etc.
