At MD Health, all our staff have paid annual leave of 4 weeks in a year. So if you decide to go overseas or simply take some time off, you are guaranteed a weekly pay for 4 weeks. Obviously you are also guaranteed a job on your return without any worries as to whether another co-worker has stolen your clientele!
With commission-based pay - you better have some savings before you decide to take some time off as you may or MAY NOT have paid annual leave. What we have often heard is that more often than not, you may end up losing your 'patients' to a colleague who looked after them whilst you took some needed time off. Where's the security in that.
