MD Health does regular weekly in-service for all its staff. This happens every Thursday from 1pm until 3pm. And you're right, it's PAID in-service. We sit around learning new things, and get paid for it. Every week there's a new topic. Every so often, we get guest speakers to come in and talk to us. Over the years, we've had 2x First Aid Training paid by MD Health, Conflict Resolution training from an external provider, University Professors from Melbourne University, a guest speaker Stephen McKnight, and more! There's never been a dull moment during our in-service and it's a great time for all staff to get together, compare notes, share stories, advise and techniques in a relaxed non-competitive environment. We are not guarded about sharing our knowlege to each other. After all, we are not competiting for customers.
